SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH YOUR PATIENTS

Aula DENTAID, the training area of our company, has once again brought together over 1,000 dental hygienists interested in learning first hand about the skills to communicate effectively with their patients.
The fundamentals of the course were to address the importance of guiding patients, introducing them to new habits through motivation, and proposing new tools for hygienists.
Initiatives were shared each day on how to improve abilities for communication between the hygienist and the patient. The common goal is, without doubt, to achieve the effectiveness of the treatments prescribed at the clinic, by establishing a daily oral hygiene routine, depending on the needs of each patient.
