The purpose is the management of the relationship between Dentaid and the customer/potential customer, as well as the sending of products and information about them, commercial communications about our products, services and promotional offers and, for quality control purposes, the sending of market research studies.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent of the affected person, as well as, where applicable, the existing contractual relationship.
Your data will be kept for the time needed to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and in any case, until the termination of the contractual relationship, at which time, they will be kept in a restricted status for the period necessary to fulfil any potential obligations arising from the processing.
You can also cancel the transmission of communications at any time by sending an email to: dpo@dentaid.es.
Personal data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except for those data that need to be communicated to third parties for the maintenance and fulfilment of the contractual relationship, or in any circumstances and conditions where what is provided regarding the communication of personal data to Public Authorities is applicable.
Nevertheless, to manage the surveys and studies promoted by Dentaid, your contact data may be transferred to market research companies such as, for example: TAYLOR NELSON SOFRES, S.A.U., with registered office at 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), Camí de Can Calders nº4….
Additionally, we inform you that, in certain cases, we may communicate your data to other entities (including companies within the Dentaid group) that provide us with services typical of communication agencies, marketing, digital media, and social networks, which help us provide our services efficiently and always in compliance with current regulations and, with which, as data processors of Dentaid's data, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR, a contract has been formalised legitimising the access of such entities to the personal data and including the obligations that must be considered in the processing.
Finally, we inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the data controller is processing personal data concerning you. Likewise, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Under certain circumstances, you may: (i) request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims; (ii) object to the processing of your data, for reasons related to your particular situation, in which case the data controller will stop processing them except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims; and, if you have provided your consent for a specific purpose, (iii) you may, where appropriate, withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Likewise, you will have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the data controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another data controller, without restriction by the original data controller. In this regard, you may request that the data controller transmit the personal data directly, if technically possible, to the data controller you specify in your communication
