Each toothbrush is inspected one by one with artificial vision technology, which detects marks, missing filaments, etc.
Tuft resistance testing (a tuft is a group of filaments attached to the same point of the toothbrush head). The force needed to remove it must not be less than 15N.
Visual control using a microscope is done to analyse the depth and centring of the anchor - the metal wire that hold the filaments in the head.
Strict controls are performed to guarantee that the ends of the filaments are well rounded and that they provide ideal toothbrushing softness.

Visual inspection using 360º vision. Automated quality controls to guarantee the perfection of all its parts (trimming, number of filaments, colour, dimension, etc.).
Different toothbrush sizes for all interdental spaces.
The toothbrush is inserted 200 times through a hole 0.2 mm greater than its diameter to verify the retention of the filaments (ISO 16409 standard marks a minimum of 80).
The durability of the stem (head wire flexibility) is ensured by turning it back and forth 45º while weighted down by 0.5 kg.
The head is pulled at a constant speed of 20 mm/min to check its retention, obtaining the force needed to remove the head from the handle.
