Use a quality toothbrush with filaments with rounded ends to effectively remove
dental biofilm while caring for the gums. Choose the brush best suited to the
needs of each patient, using proper brushing technique.

Choose a toothpaste specifically formulated to prevent and/or treat different
oral conditions according to each patient's needs.
3.
Conduct thorough interproximal cleaning.
• Dental flosses and tapes (narrow
interdental spaces).
• Interproximal brushes + interproximal gel
(wide interdental spaces).
• Water flossers.
4.
Remember to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner designed to scrape off the
oral biofilm deposited on the back of the tongue, where bacteria produce smelly
gases.
5.
Rinse with a mouthwash that complements the action of the toothpaste,
preferably from the same range, to reach inaccessible areas.
