More Responsible Packaging, Better World is a sustainability program at DENTAID that seeks to improve the packaging of our products, making them more responsible.
The first measure that was implemented along these lines was to get rid of the box and the leaflet from VITIS® mouthwashes, thereby cutting their packaging down to a single 100% PET container to make it easier to recycle.
Blister packs existing for some of our brands have also begun to be replaced with responsible materials such as cardboard (recycled and recyclable) and polylactic acid (PLA), a component that is completely biodegradable.
Optimising
We optimise the amount of materials used for the packaging of our products.
Recycling
We promote the use of monomaterials to facilitate the recycling process of our solutions.
Reducing
We contribute to the reduction of pollutants, by saving on raw materials and energy.
