To determine whether oral hygiene has been properly carried out, remains of oral biofilm—bacterial plaque—on the teeth should be checked for regularly after brushing and cleaning the interproximal spaces.
To do this, and taking into account that oral biofilm is difficult to see in its initial stages, as it is transparent, it is helpful to “disclose” or dye it with Plac·Control® tablets or liquid, which reveal where there are still remnants of biofilm.
