Both technical development and the manufacture of Interprox® brushes are carried out at our modern facilities in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona). Product development is carried out in collaboration with dental professionals, who offer their clinical experience and express their needs, which are received by our engineers and applied to our products.
The highest technology and the most modern machinery permit us to produce from the smallest model on the market (Interprox® plus nano) to the largest sizes available, as are the new Interprox® plus x-maxi and Interprox® xx-maxi.
We also combine filaments of different diameters in one sole Interprox® to achieve homogenous filament hardness throughout the brush, even in the Interprox® conical, resulting in superior efficacy and brush duration.
We also develop exclusive patents, for example, our two-colour combination of high quality Tynex® filaments in one brush head, allowing for superior control of cleaning outcome, because plaque biofilm can easily be detected on the black filaments and bleeding can be easily detected on the white filaments.
Our Interprox® brush range is developed in collaboration with dental professionals ISO Standard Interprox® brushes comply with ISO international standard 16409. This regulation not only certifies the quality and durability of interdental brushes, but it also serves as a standard for brush size over the different brands available on the market, through its system of brush head measurement.
So, the colour of the brush does not determine brush equivalence between different brands, but rather the PHD size (passage hole diameter), in other words, the smallest space needed to insert a brush, as measured according to ISO requirements.
We manufacture our Interprox® brush range by demanding the highest quality, durability and efficiency of ourselves and our processes, to become brand leader with 79% market share*.
Interprox® is indicated for daily oral hygiene in all patient types because it facilitates oral biofilm removal from interproximal spaces.
