- During and after dental treatments
- For people with excessive formation of dental plaque (oral biofilm)
- When using a toothbrush is painful and/or other methods are difficult.
- For the care of the back areas of the mouth
- Spray 2-3 times directly on the affected area, 2-3 times per day, following the advice of your oral healthcare professional.
- Do not rinse your mouth with water after using PERIO·AID® Intensive Care spray.
- Most toothpastes contain anionic compounds, which reduce the efficacy of chlorhexidine. Therefore, after using these products and before using PERIO·AID® Intensive Care spray, rinse your mouth 3 times with plenty of water.
PERIO·AID® Intensive Care gel does not contain these anionic agents and, consequently, is completely compatible with the use of PERIO·AID® Intensive Care spray.
